Motown Themed Centerpieces

 These centerpieces were two of many musical instruments used to commemorate the Motown Themed Gala.

This Saxaphone was filled with a floral arrangement of white hydrangea, white roses, and astrameria.

This table was adorned with a white electric guitar with a pearl white face in addition to surrounding florals.

The Veiled Lady

This centerpiece was made for an afternoon birthday party. It consisted of yellow roses, tigerlillies, white hydrangea, and bear grass draped across the piece. I call it the veiled lady because it reminds me of a birdcage veil on a hat and the bear grass on top looks like the feather in the ladies hat.

Tropical Birthday Party

This tropical centerpiece was made of blue water in a clear trumpet vase, topped with palm and tea leaves, orange dendrobium orchids, blue delphiniums, and white snap dragons. Black Bacarra Rose Balls and Bear grass.

Damask Pink/Black/White Baby Shower

Guests were greeted by beautiful portraits of the Mother-to-be taken by Patricia of "Subarashii Photography," and a custom cake made by Tracey of "Homestyle Sweets."

Centerpieces were made by me with White Hydrangeas, Pink Roses, and Black Goose Feathers in a white Greek Urn.

The Guest of Honor is a Marilyn Monroe fan and each table was adorned with a framed quote from the Hollywood film starlet. Also, favors were these pink and white sundress favor bags filled with popouri.

Mommy-to-Be Morgan

This Damask Design custom gift box surrounded by a pink boa adorned the gift table.

Guest Tables

Each napkin was wrapped in this handmade napkin ring made of tissue paper and ribbon.

Barbara's 60th Birthday Party

Barbara's theme for her birthday party was Fall inspired.








This centerpiece was green apples as the vase filler and wild flowers as the floral arrangement on top placed in a round vase. Other centerpieces had oranges and limes as vase fillers. Double-click on the photo to see the arrangement closeup.





The candy buffet contained fall colored candy and treat bags.

Silver Candelabra Transformed into Fresh Floral Centerpiece

The clients final setting. They added their own china and flatware to the table to bring everything together.







This is the bare silver plated, five light candelabra. The client wanted a centerpiece created for a romantic dinner.





















Before the candlesticks were placed in the holders. The arrangement consisted of fresh white hydrangea, red roses, babys breathe and green fern as filler.

3rd Annual Ladies Tea & Luncheon

Jamir's Hollywood Themed Sixteenth Birthday Party

A Hollywood and Movies themed candy buffet was in extra large popcorn buckets, and the goodie bags were small popcorn boxes. Photos of scenery were taken by "Perfect Angle Photography."

Aniyah's Sweet 13

Aniyah turned 13 over the weekend; her theme was Hello Kitty/Candy Shoppe. Here she is pictured with her "Hello Kitty" cake created by Tracey of "Homestyle Sweets."

All the decorations were edible.Balloon sculptures were created by Brian of "Balloon Dreams, Inc."

"Diamonds Are a Girls Best Friend"

These centerpieces were done for a birthday party with a "Diamonds Are a Girls Best Friend" theme at The Townehouse in Media, Pa. This was a small dinner party of about 31 guests and food and fun were had by all.

This cake was prepared by Tracey of "Homestyle Sweets." As usual the presentation was outstanding and the cake was delicious.

Bridal Shower Pastries

Cindy's bridal shower was on Sunday. It took place at "All About You by Carol Anne" at 3611 Concord Road, Aston, Pa. Carol Anne closed down the spa so that we could have Cindy's bridal Shower. The Spa is a full-service spa that includes, hair, makeup, nails, pedicures, tanning, waxing, and much more. The festivities included all of the guests getting some sort of treatment.

The highlight of the event were the pastries created and provided by Tracey of "Homestyle Sweets." Tracey created individual cakes for each guest in different designs and a special one for the bride. They were a big hit. Thanks Tracey.
